OVERVIEW
This document outlines information critical to understanding the specific procedures surrounding the Red Cells’ Templars Officer Corps. All Officers must check this document periodically and read it to its fullest extent. Any information or mandates in here can have exceptions if given by the Administration. In this document, Officer is defined as any individual who has the rank of Baronet to High Paladin.
QUOTA
Upon acceptance into the Officer Core, your weekly quota must not be incomplete until the day it resets as it is needed to complete it per week. Different types of events will make you receive a divergent amount of points to your weekly quota, such as how a single Combat Training is worth 1.5 points. Each rank has different quota points, and if you happen to know that you are not able to complete the quota, you may request for an exemption, and the Progression Earl will accept or deny it, depending on if the reason is valid. Not completing your quota will result in a strike, and you can only receive three strikes as a maximum. You will face removal if you have over three strikes unless you host five events and fill out the strike removal form to remove one of the three or any amount of strike.
Punishment System
Officers have the authority to give out punishment to those who are lower than them, but they cannot punish the officers who are lower than them. If you encounter an officer who is acting as a nuisance, please kindly report them in the misconduct form rather than encouraging or being the one to punish them. Punishing an officer while not having the responsibility to do so will result in a discipline strike. One must not be biased and fall into favoritism when it comes to handling punishments. We do not trust individuals who do not have the wisdom to judge misbehaving individuals appropriately.
EXEMPTION
If the officer is unable to complete their quota with reason, the officer is required to fill out an exemption form before Thursday of the quota week.
You must provide a valid reason to be exempted. The more reason you give, it increases the chances of you getting exempted.
When making an exemption, it should not be over two months or should not be only 1-3 days long.
Fraudulent Exemptions - Basically, fraudulent exemptions are the ones that seem to be not true. Officers caught giving fraudulent exemptions to avoid meeting their quota will meet punishment. The High Command of Templars will be the ones to look into this kind of matter.
EXPECTATIONS
There is a list of expectations from an Officer as we have standards for those who enter the Officer Core. If you applied for the Officer Core, that must only mean being willing to be under the rules and regulations at all times to avoid tarnishing our image.
GENERAL EXPECTATIONS:
Do not let your emotions cloud your judgment as an officer.
Officer Handbook
Do not beg for any position.
You shall not plot any action aimed against the group.
Using grammar in public-chat rooms is required to uphold our image. Feel free not to use grammar in officer-chat rooms.
Think before you speak as you might say something inappropriate as the entire group is PG-13. If you encounter an inappropriate topic, stray away from it, and punish the individuals.
Respect anyone despite their characteristics. Keep your opinions to yourself.
Toxicity must not be present within an Officer.
It is your responsibility to put an end to toxicity and harassment in server channels.
Make sure that each individual and yourself are using the channels and voice chat correctly.
Do not misuse the shouts channel and use the correct format to shout an event.
Do not ever advertise a non-TNI or non-RC server.
EVENT EXPECTATIONS:
Use grammar in events unless attending a game night.
Before canceling the event, try to find an Officer who is willing to replace your position and not leave to ensure that they have taken over.
Using fun-commands, in any event, will result in a discipline strike, removal from the Officer-Core, officer-blacklist, or blacklist. (Smiting, playing music, etc.)
Do not give more than the amount required to your attendees.
Do not use commands in someone else's event without any permission unless you refresh yourself.
Wait for five minutes before over-shouting an event.
Do not deduct more than the amount of honor you can deduct. Contact those higher who can do that.
Failing an unofficial evaluation will give you a warning.
Failing an unofficial evaluation in the same week as your first failing unofficial evaluation will give you a discipline strike.
Failing three unofficial evaluations will result in removal from the Officer Core.
