Sergeant - Master Sergeant to Lieutenant

Overview

This pathway gives current Sergeant+ the opportunity to skip Warrant Officer and become a Lieutenant. This is meant for former Officers and others with plenty of experience. To become a Lieutenant they should fill out the pre-exam and co host 2 CTs, After getting a 80%+, they should DM a Progression Official+ for an evaluation at Exodus. If you pass, a minimum score of 80%, you will be given the LT exam. They must receive at least 78% to pass the LT exam. If you fail, you must wait a week to reapply again.
