Warfare Department

Overview

Warfare is responsible for hosting warfare-related events, such as practice raids and raids/defenses against TNI for TRC. Don’t feel stressed and worry if you don’t know how to host a practice raid, we have literally EVERYTHING for you to self-study on and an entire SUB-BRANCH that dedicates themselves in educating new members!

Warfare General — Oversees the Department

Warfare’s instructors and evaluators of the department

Ensures the Department is running properly and operating at peak efficiency

Supervises and assists the raid leader core.

The current Warfare General is ShikuyoSake

Warfare Commander — Assist the Generals.

Warfare Commanders leads a certain position appointed by the Warfare General such as overseeing documentations, event quality etc.

These members assist and are handpicked by the Warfare General

There are 3 positions for Warfare Commander.

Usually holds a major authority within the Warfare Department

Warfare Department - Assists the Warfare Commanders

The assistants of the Warfare Commanders.

There are many positions for the Warfare Department. Each position has different categories and areas which they are assigned to.

Have the authority to supervise and report back to the Warfare Commander they adhere to.

Usually moderates the warfare department as a whole.

Handpicked by Warfare Commander(s) and the Warfare General.

There are currently 3-5 positions for the Warfare Department.

Warfare Ancillary Instructors - Evaluate 1 trainee and supervise 1 PR or supervise 2 prs (As of 4/1/2020, A new reformation has been made to make a Progression-Warfare Ancillary Core)

Warfare Officials handpicked by the Director of the Warfare Ancillary Core, which is currently GT_Spell

Holds the right to evaluate trainees

Holds the right to supervise trainees

Granted access to the warfare ancillary core category which contains many documentations that may aid one in being part of the warfare ancillary core.

Have the ability to become a Warfare Meeting Host.

There are currently 4 positions for Warfare Ancillary Instructor.

They are the most ideal people to ping and request an Evaluation

Warfare Official — Host 2 Practice Raids and 1 Supervised Practice Raid or Host 3 PRs

Official members of the Warfare Department

Capable of hosting a practice raid and can host on their own

These members will be requested to host 2 practice raids a week to maintain activity

Eligible to become a Lieutenant, due to meeting one requirement already.

A Warfare Commander or General may attend and supervise their event at any given time.

If below standard, the member will be given a strike.

Warfare Trainee — Host 1 Supervised PR.

A new member of the department, but not official until they pass an evaluation

They can stay for a while as a Warfare Trainee if they tried to do their evaluations.
