This next section will include the five subjects that will determine a host’s score. These subjects will be graded on a scale of 1-5, five being the highest. Here is an example of how the scoring system works: If the host scored perfectly, their score would total out to 25/25. If the host scored a 5 on three subjects, and a 4 on two other subjects, then they would score a 23/25. A 20/25 (80%) or above would be considered a passing grade. Anything below is a failing grade.
Quality of Communication:
The Communication of a host is pretty much self explanatory, shows how much the host communicates. Below are most of the things you grade within this category.
The should should be introducing themselves in the beginning of the event and going over rules, explaining and introducing the rounds, giving good feedback at the end of the rounds and not sounding like a robot, answering questions and talking to the attendees often, not staying silent.
Enforcement of rules:
Enforcement of rules determines whether the attendees follow the rules or break them. The host should be to enforce the rules below.
Enforcing the Red Cell Rules and Regulations, Uniform Policy, Toxicity rules, STS rules, and any rules the host set up to the attendees.

Execution:
Execution determines whether the event was executed well or the host had flaws executing the event and rounds.
Timer is started and ender correctly and on time, host executes rounds without slowdowns or mistakes, map matches with the weapon, outscore wasn’t too easy or hard, distribution of honor.
Additional Notes:
Throughout the training you should be taking notes of everything listed above and how the host performed. By the end you should have a good amount of notes giving us a view of the host’s hosting skills. You also have to give points for each category.
