Before even considering applying for Progression, you should make sure that you have the following.

• You are at the rank of Warrant Officer+, or a Divisional Officer.

• You are willing to work with other people.

• You are active.

• You have good grammar skills.

Once you meet those expectations you may consider applying for Progression. Now in order to join Progression, you have to fill out our application. Due to Progression being a strict Focus, this application will be hard to pass, and the other processes will be hard too. Your application will be reviewed after you sent it in. Should you pass the application, you will be DMed with necessary information about Progression. You will be ranked as a Progression Trainee. You will be given 1 week to grade 2 evaluations, failure to do such would result in your removal. However, both of those evaluations have to be done alongside a Progression Official. Progression Officials will announce any evaluations they are doing in the #Progression-Evaluation-Shouts channel. You are to join them in the game and whisper the Official that you are a Trainee evaluating with the Official. After the event DM the Official your scores and verify the evaluation through the verification form. After the week is done, your evaluations will be graded. You would pass depending on how good your notes and evaluation scores are and mostly on how many points you have more or less than the Official.
