A cross-section of the brain, showing the Third Ventricle that I conjecture is the correct place to meditate upon ‘presence’ – the ‘Ocean of Self’ that circulates as spinal fluid throughout the body. The Pineal Body, located at the posterior end of the Third Ventricle, was considered in ancient times as The Seat of the Soul. I have named it The Temple of Ma-t, and have designed a fanciful structure for The Temple proper based on a posterior cross-section of the diencephalon viewed upside-down.
