I am interested in joining the Arnold Volunteer Fire Department. A prerequisite to joining up is to the take the Firefighter I class. These classes are organized by MFRI (Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute). You can browse the website to find the upcoming courses but as a first time viewer you need to know a lot of information ahead of time such as the location of where the class will be held e.g. "MFRI Southern Maryland Regional Training Center". As a first time viewer you may not be aware that classes are seasonal. If you look during a certain time of the year and find there is nothing nearby you may be demotivated and give up being a volunteer firefighter.

To make my life easier (and hopefully others) I created an app that displays upcoming classes
