I am training to be a volunteer firefighter in Anne Arundel County. I have completed Firefighter I and Hazmat Operations, and next up for me is the EMT class.

Like Firefighter I, EMT classes are organized by MFRI (Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute). I find the website hard to navigate. To find the classes I looked up every EMT class page MFRI has online, going back to 2019. Most start in August/September or January. Anne Arundel County runs 3 to 5 public evening EMT classes a year, mostly at the training academy in Millersville. If there isn't one listed right now, there probably will be soon.

To make my life easier (and hopefully others) I created an app that displays upcoming EMT classes. Each class is colored by the month it starts. Black dots are locations that have run EMT classes before but have none coming up. The data updates every day.
