Complete and upload a walk, run or cycle on the day of the event, and fill in the form below to let us know what you achieved
Receive virtual badges for completing the weekly challenges
If you would like to work your way towards your first 5km run, or perhaps you would like to set a new personal best, the NHS has created a 'Couch to 5K' program which is easy to follow and involves three progressive runs per week. Strava is a great tool to help you track your runs. You can use the programme for free by clicking the link below. Remember to record your runs using the Strava record form, also found below.
