Weekly Challenges

Week 1 - Game time!

Foot Golf - Set up a golf course around the home, using something simple as the flag (maybe a can of baked beans?!). Using a tennis ball, try to roll/kick your way around the course in as few shots as possible! Perhaps you could challenge your family to a game? As well as being fun, this will challenge your hand-eye co-ordination and decision making skills.

Week 2 - Spelling Test

On one of your Strava runs this week, see if you can find a street which starts with each of the letters of your surname, for example:

S - Slow Avenue

M - March Street

I - Interval Place ....

Week 3 - Learn to Juggle!

Can you master the art of juggling in just a week. Use this video to help you work through the stages.

Week 4 - TikTok Dance

Test your co-ordination and creativity by creating a TikTok dance. Send your entries to any of the sports staff once you have completed your routines!
