A few of you may be lucky enough to have access to a tennis court but, for others, the exercises below will give you the opportunity to continue to develop various elements of your game within the comfort of your own garden. All you will need is a racket and a few tennis balls, although a few exercises do require some additional props!
Using a wall and some targets, improve the accuracy of your forehand
How many of these can you achieve in your garden? Some require a little setting up, so watch carefully!
Use this practice (ideally outdoors!) in order to improve your feel for the racket and ball on both the forehand and backhand.
Try to complete this 15 minute session - take breaks if necessary and build up each week. You will need a tennis racket and an open space.
