The importance of staying active

As we move into another lockdown, we know it can be difficult to motivate ourselves and find opportunities to stay fit and healthy. However, during these times, it is even more important to stay active for a number of reasons, including:

  • Exercise will give you a much needed break from your screens!

  • Movement releases lots of positive hormones in the brain and body, which help you to work more productively and improve mood.

  • You will sleep better and be happier.
