Year One

“Stellarphant”, space artworks inspired by the shortlisted Book Week book, illustrated and written by James Foley.

Students created a multi-media space artwork utilising soft oil pastels and coloured pencils, focusing on foreground, background and tonal elements. They then drew ideations of an ‘elephant’ astronaut, and created a plasticine space portrait of an elephant.
