What we need is to radically rethink of our Educational Systems, to cultivate creativity and acknowledge multiple types of intelligence, ONLY to those who have willingness, not to those who have been forced. Yet willingness is coming from inspiration of teachers. So everything is about who is the teacher, while everyone can teach, not everyone is a teacher. Teaching is an art, we need to educate teachers, to be an inspiring one in class. Though we can teach teaching techniques, yet one has to be born with the capability.
