In Destruction Call, the traits are very loose, allowing as much creativity as possible on the character design. Visuals give a few examples on how these traits can be used, although you are always welcome to ask for feedback if needed! Some traits are much rarer than others mainly due to Kogranar's ancient history.
Fusions are considered to be part of the species and not the trait. This means you are allowed to fuse up to 4 Pokémon together without it considered as a trait.
Default Pokémon are the Pokémon themselves with the usual color & markings. However, despite this, anatomy & markings can be played around as long as the changes are not too drastic. With this trait, Pokémon can be up to 0.5x bigger or smaller without needing Variant.
Variants change the color, markings & even the anatomy in a more drastic way. These variants can range from recolors (shiny & inspiration from real life included) to having body parts made of unusual materials. Here are some extra examples on how this trait can be used:
Change the size of the Pokémon itself or any body part to be bigger or smaller;
Adapting some of other evolutions' traits (transitional);
Having additional fur/horns/limbs. Extra wings fall under Ethereal or Delta (Flying or/and Dragon);
Luminescence, any sort of unusual growth such as crystals.
Delta Pokémon can have their design inspired by any of the existing types, the Delta type does not have to be visible in the design. They also can have the ability to use moves of that Delta type as well. Pokémon can have up to 4 Delta types, but these do not have to be included in their typing. Please note that the ??? type, Stellar type, Sound Type and Light Type are also widely available as Delta types.
Chimera is an add-on which makes a Pokémon part one set of traits and part another set of traits.
Chimeras will be noted down as such:
LVL??? [Ceruledge+Darkrai | Ethereal+Delta(Water)+Chimera(Variant+Delta(Fire))]
One part is Ethereal+Delta(Water) and the other part is Variant+Delta(Fire).
Artificial Pokémon are made of organic or inorganic materials such as food, robotic parts, wood, plastic and more. Plush, Terrarium, Crystal & other peculiar materials fall under Artificial. This is a trait that can only be rolled or applied to a Pokémon with the Mon-made Ribbon.
((Paradox mon do not count with this and needs to be Ethereal still))
Ethereal Pokémon break the norm of Pokémon by completely changing their integrity. Examples of this can include:
Being made of anything organic or/and inorganic, such as glitches, space dust, stars & any other celestial bodies, etc;
Gaining angelic, demonic & any monster-like traits;
Acquiring one alternate form, such as a mermon form, a weremon form, a vampire form, a monster form, etc;
The ability to change colors.
Designing a Paradox or Mega version of a Pokémon that doesn't have one requires Ethereal.
Godly Pokémon are those that have ascended mortality. They often acquire abilities that are not completely understood by any average Pokémon. This trait covers any remaining traits that cannot be included in any of the other traits, such as the ability to be Eldritch, to become any other Pokémon at will, to evolve and devolve at will, etc.
