Powalop’s power grows at an exponential rate, surging uncontrollably if left unchecked. To maintain balance and prevent overwhelming itself, Powalop must share its excess energy with a Haroot or alternative partner Pokémon to keep itself grounded.

When in battle, Powalop can deal damaging blows with its pompoms that leave enemies paralyzed from the static electricity built up within their fur.
