A snake-like Pokemon with a hard horn on its head resembling a pompadour. It’s known for being moody and capricious, and often follows around more vicious Pokemon to gain their favor and protection.
Especially vicious Grunaga will oftentimes go to weaker dungeons and defeat Pokemon there in order to gain more power. Most of the time, it’s only these Grunaga that become strong enough to evolve into Capobra.
Surprisingly, Grunaga are actually quite resistant to dungeon madness, due to the low amount of magic in their own bodies. Dungeon mad Grunaga are very rare, as they evolve into Capobra much quicker than their sane counterparts.
Evolution
Grunaga evolves into Capobra after participating in a Monster House at least once.

Capobra are large snake-like Pokemon with many horns resembling a long mullet. It’s known for being violent and greedy, as typically only violent and greedy Grunaga manage to evolve into Capobra.
Capobra are vicious enough that some consider them part of the dungeon madness itself— but considering that they can be afflicted with the madness, this isn’t quite true for them. They have a knack for sniffing out the safer areas in dungeons, where they and their crew of Grunaga will make their base.
It is possible for a perfectly reasonable Grunaga to evolve into a Capobra, or for a Capobra to mellow out over time; but this is such a rare and fringe occurrence that to most Pokemon it’s considered only a hypothetical scenario.
