Mega Keldeo is a quadrupedal, colt-like Pokémon with a cream-colored body. It has a short, rounded snout with large nostrils and blue eyes. It has a large, feathery red mane, long, dark blue, ridged eyebrow-like protrusions, and a single dark blue-colored horn that curves slightly, with thin streams of water circling it. Its feathery red hair travels down its neck, all the way to its chest, with a cream colored oval marking in the center of its chest fur. Keldeo has light blue fur going from its front legs, traveling up its back in a dress shaped shape, with water-like patterns. Keldeo's back legs are fully cream in color, with all legs having dark blue hooves with a hole in the bottom, where it ejects water from. Keldeo's front legs have light blue small feathery wings just above the hooves, with its back legs having cream colored wings. Mega Keldeo's tail is light blue in color, with water-like patterns, resembling a waterfall.
