Patrol Shield Challenge

The Patrol Shield Challenge is a system in which patrols collaborate as a group, collectively earning points for positive actions and incurring point deductions for negative actions. Some examples of positive actions include participating in a campfire, while negative actions might involve a member not showing up for a CCA without a valid reason.
