National Patrol Camp

This year, our unit participated in the National Patrol Camp XI, a 4 day camp. 

To kickstart the camp, we had to work quickly to pitch our tents, set up the kitchen area, and build our gateway. Each day was packed with activities.

We had campsite inspections, SPICES stations, and scouting activities like knots, orienteering, and first aid. 

One of the highlights was preparing for the Grand Campfire. We had to practice a song to sing at the campfire. When night came and all the patrols gathered around the fire, where we all had a good time.

The weather was rough and it rained quite a bit, turning our campsite muddy. But we pushed through, and supported each other along the way.

On the last day, we packed up, cleaned our campsite, and attended the closing ceremony.

NPC XI taught us teamwork, new friends, and memories we’ll always keep.
