Achievements

1. Frank Cooper Sands Award - 13th consecutive gold since 2008

The assessment for the award centres on six key areas: youth development, youth service, unit activities, unit participation, international participation, and adult training and development.

This award shows how the Phantom Scouts Troop brings many opportunities for our members to take part in many scouting activities to make them be able to enjoy scouting.

2. Chief Commissioner's Award - 10 awardees (2023)

One of the most prestigious accolades a Scout can achieve is the Chief Commissioner's Award. To earn it, a Scout needs to complete all four progress badges and receive a nomination from their Scout unit for an interview with a panel. If they pass the evaluation, they'll be granted the Chief Commissioner's Award.

3. President Scout Award (2021) - Luke Lim

The President’s Scout Award is the highest rank in the Singapore Scout Association.

The award is given after an individual completes a determined list of accomplishments. This award was inspired by the Singapore Scouts when the former colony of the United Kingdon attained independence in 1965.
