o 91-150 DPD: 50% off full remaining contract balance within 30 days.
o 150+ DPD: 75% off full remaining contract balance within 30 days.
***Settlements need to be scheduled once agreed upon, if any payments decline then the settlement offer is voided***
Anything outside the guidelines needs to be approved by a Supervisor..
Confirm through documents if any settlement offers have been sent.
A request to close the account will need to be done in the New System Channel on Teams.
