Credit Card Payment
The owner of the card is to provide the full billing address anytime we upload or process payments on a new card. We cannot ask if it’s the same address on file or only verify the zip code, it must be provided to the agent in full
When getting a new CC its required to get the following (do not provide to the customer)
Name on card
o Dard number
o Expiration date
o CVV
o Full address
Be sure to have the cardholder on the line authorizing payment if CC is not already on the account.
Ask if it’s a one-time or for future payments.
