If a customer asks if their contract was adjusted because of a partial return/change of merchandise etc. please see the steps to determine if adjustment was made.
Lease modification will indicate changes were made to the lease.
A new lease will be generated in the documents tab and Type will show as LEASEMOD.
There will be a red alert on the account.
Usually, a key indicator will be a change in payment amounts.
