• Local police department report (NOT an Incident Report)​

• Federal Trade Commission Report​ (https://www.identitytheft.gov/#/​)

• Request a copy of their driver's license or valid ID​

• Request proof of address (utility bill, cc statement)

• Request any additional proof of fraud​

• Request all items above be emailed to fraud@uownleasing.com​ 

Answer the following questions:

• What is the customer claiming?​

• Did you advise the customer to send the items listed above?​

• Does the customer have any other proof that this is fraud?​

Please make sure to verify customer’s email address and phone number and include in your email to Fraud but do not change it on the account if it is different.​
