General:

1. Each visitor (Guest) has to sign-in the register at the main gate entrance gate and have to follow the rules & guidance of main gate security.
2. Security personnel at the main gate need to call up residents before they allow entry to irregular visitors.
3. In case the person to whom visitor has come to meet is not present then he/she may not be allowed entering the premises.
4. Without valid parking sticker a resident will also be considered as visitor.
5. In case the visitors enter the premises without contacting the security, they will be treated as trespassers & disciplinary action will be taken and the police informed for further action.
6. Driver’s of the guest vehicle will be required to stay inside the vehicle & will not be allowed to stray in the common areas.
7. There are many courier agencies which deliver couriers (large in size & more weight) in this Apartment and the security shall call up individual flat to inform about arrival of courier personnel to your flat.
8. Postmen/Courier delivery person shall show their identity cards before they are allowed to enter the Apartment.
9. Agencies who deliver food shall be allowed to deliver at the flat door step.
10. Vendor/Visitor/Guest/delivery people are not permitted to enter in to the PAH premises if they are influenced by alcohol.
11. Visitor/delivery people/Vendor/Maid/housekeeping staff will be thoroughly checked by the Security staff at the main gate to ensure that they don’t carry gutka/pan/leaf & betel items while entering in to the PAH premises.

Visitors’ vehicles:

1. All visitor vehicles must be parked only in the visitor parking space as guided by the security staff.
2. If visitor parking slot is not available, then the security will not allow anymore vehicle of visitor’s to enter in to the premises.
3. Commercial vehicles are not allowed to enter walkway zone (for shifting luggage’s, or delivering goods) between 6.00 am till 9.00 am and 5:00 pm till 8:00 pm.
4. Vehicles carrying construction materials (cement, sand, steel rods, steel structures, Aluminum structures etc) shall be allowed only with the pre-approval from the Steering Committee.
