- Flats owners/Tenants must park their vehicles in their allocated spaces at their sole responsibility and not allowed to park at visitor parking space as those have to be managed by the association to accommodate vehicles of guests, vendors, Ambulance & etc…
- Flats owners/tenants must not use the parking space of any other Flats owner without their prior consent.
- No lorries, vans, commercial or goods vehicles may be parked in any car parking space. Delivery vehicles and the visitor’s vehicle shall be parked in a manner approved by the Association.
- Car parking area is for the parking of motor vehicles only and is not to be used for any other purpose.
- No storage of flammable materials is permitted in the car parking areas and changing of engine fuel/lubricants is not allowed.
- Motor vehicle should not sound horns whilst in the car parking areas.
- Motor vehicles are to be parked in such a way that the exhaust fumes do not stain the walls of the property.
- Each parking space may be used for parking of one private car only.
- The movement of parking of vehicle within the building is under the control of the security staff and all drivers must comply with their directions.
- The speed limit in the building and drive-way approach is 10 Km/hr.
- Any vehicle parked in contravention of the above rules may be removed by the Association without warning. All costs incurred in such acts will be recovered from the Flat owner.
- Motor vehicle engine should not be running whilst the vehicle is stationed for longer than 2 minutes.
- If a two wheeler is parked in a parking slot which belongs to some other flat owner, then;
- First time violation: 100 rupees will be charged by the Association
- Second time violation: 250 rupees will be charged by the Association with warning
- Any further violation will be treated seriously and appropriate action will be initiated by the Association
- If a four wheeler is parked in a parking slot which belongs to some other flat owner, then;
- First time violation: 200 rupees will be charged by the Association
- Second time violation: 500 rupees will be charged by the Association with warning
- Any further violation will be treated seriously and appropriate action will be initiated by the Association
- Few flat owners have volunteered themselves to give their car parking space for rent and residents who need it can discuss further directly with those flat owners.
