- The Gym facility is for the exclusive use and enjoyment of the Residents of PAH. Personal guests of residents will not be permitted to use these Gym facilities.
- All residents must sign in at the attendance book located at the reception table and show ID cards to the attendant (residents would not be allowed inside without resident ID card).
- One person will be allowed per membership card at a time.
- Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to use the facilities.
- The facilities shall remain open daily during the hours specified by the Association from time to time. The Designated Authority reserve the right to prescribe opening and closing times and to direct that the facilities be closed on any occasion for the purpose of carrying out repairs or other works.
- The Association recommends that all users should have a medical checkup prior to use of the Gymnasium(s).
- Users of the facilities must at all times comply with the requirements of any signs or notices exhibited by the Association.
- Abuse of any of the facilities in any way causing damage will result in the owner responsible for the damage being invoiced with the cost of repair/replacement.
- The residents will need to wear proper sports attire to use in the gym.
- Track pant or shorts – No Jeans or Pyjamas,
- T-shirt, Track upper – No shirts, No Kurtas,
- Proper shoes with laces – No slip-ons, sandals
- Please carry your own sweat towel for personal hygiene and sweat should promptly be wiped off the machines and the floor after each use.
- For convenience to others, weights, dumbbells and equipment must be returned to their original places immediately after use. Do not leave weight plates on the bars or scattered on the floor at any time.
- Do not drop or bang weights on floor (correct dropping of weights only permitted on the dedicated weight lifting platforms). For safety, please do not work out too closely to mirrors.
- Tread Mill and Cycle can be used by a person for maximum of 30 minutes only.
- There will be absolutely no littering (food items, water bottles or any other items).
- Residents are solely responsible for their belongings and the Association will not be responsible for any loss/damages.
- Individuals may be charged for the damage due to carelessness.
- No photo-taking, video or audio recording is allowed.
- Personal trainer will be allowed with prior approval by the Steering Committee.
- Talking on mobile phone is not permitted in the Gym facility. Also, personal music device may be used as long as they do not become unsafe for the user, or become a nuisance to other users.
- To maintain a safe environment, please report any faults or defects immediately to our receptionist or staff on-duty.
- The designated authority reserves the right to ask the member to leave from the facilities any person, whether owner or otherwise, who disregards these guidelines or who conducts himself/herself in an unseemly manner and interferes with the general enjoyment of the facilities by the other occupies.
- Gym Timings:
- Morning: 5.00 am to 11.00 am
- Evening: 4.00 pm to 9.30 pm
- Sunday: 5.00 am to 11.00 am
