- Lifts are very power consuming, please use diligently.
- Residents are required to utilize exclusively a service elevator for transporting packages, merchandise or any other object.
- In no case shall furniture or other heavy articles be allowed to be carried using the passenger lifts.
- The lifts should not be kept waiting for the convenience of a resident or his/her family or guests.
- Elevators must not be overloaded and any damage to the lifts due to overload or mishandling, then repairing shall be done by the Association and compensation charges shall be collected from the person who is cause for this damage.
- The Owner/Resident should take adequate care that no damage is done to elevators or any other common area due to this movement. The cost of repairing any major damages, at the discretion of Steering Committee, shall be charged to the corresponding Flat Owner’s account.
- Any single item weighing 50 Kgs and above shall not be allowed to carry in elevator without the prior permission by the Board Managers and movement shall be done in the presence of Security guard / maintenance team.
- Service elevator shall be operated between 6.00 am to 10.00 am & 5.00 pm 10.00 pm and in case of flat Move-In/Out based on request, elevator shall be operated with prior approval by the Board of Managers. In case of an emergency situation, please contact maintenance team to switch it ON service lift immediately.
- Scribbling or scratching on walls or any other surface area of lifts is strictly prohibited.
