Here is a list of steps to help all new residents in PAH.

Move IN Process:

Complete the Move-In process at Maintenance office. You can get all details of Move-In at our Standard Operating Procedure section (Move In & Out).

After the Move-In is completed you have

      1. Resident ID Cards
      2. Vehicle Stickers
      3. Your and other flat members data registered in database.
      4. Email IDs registered are automatically part of email group.
      5. You can post email to all residents on the email if.
      6. Your Vehicle data is registered in Parking database.

Before you move into Pramuk Aqua Heights:

      1. You need to make sure that maintenance charges are paid for your apartment.
      2. Make sure you go through the guidelines of move in procedure.
      3. In case of tenant, make sure you have valid Rental Agreement signed between flat owner & the Tenant.
      4. NOC is mandatory for moving into PAH.
      5. Contact PAH Maintenance / Association office for any queries.

While in Pramuk Aqua Heights:

      1. Join Apartment ADDA and use it for maintenance complaints and communication.
      2. Go through the FAQs listed in PAH website.
      3. Always follow bye laws for the society. Go through the Important Rules and Guidelines.
      4. Think about your neighbours – let them live in peace and quiet
      5. PAH is a vibrant community with lot of festivities and fun. Join and volunteer in the community.
      6. Please reach out to association for any help or questions.

Before you move out of Pramuk Aqua Heights:

      1. Make sure you have cleared outstanding dues of vendors like Newspaper, cable etc.
      2. Make sure you go through the guidelines of move out procedure.
      3. NOC is mandatory for moving out of PAH.
      4. Handover access cards to the owner or the maintenance team.

Do's and Dont's:

      1. When you move-in please take a copy of New resident Instruction Guide from the Association office.
      2. During move in and move out, you will be asked to follow a specific process at every checkpoint (issuing NOC...). These procedures are in place for the benefit of all residents. Please don't argue with staff, who is just following the procedures laid down by the association.
      3. Main gates will not be opened after 5:30 PM for move in or move out. The move in and move out should complete by 7:00 pm. Security has been instructed to follow this strictly.
      4. Make sure you have access to Apartment ADDA. This is essential for you to receive notices, pay maintenance and raise complaints.
      5. Go through important rules and regulations of society.
      6. Loud music/partying is not allowed in the apartments after 9:00 pm. Any complaints will lead to a penal action from the Association and police complaint based on severity & recurrence.
      7. Store stuff at the corridor or common space is not allowed and it should be used for transit purpose only. In the event of a fire the staircase is the escape route for everyone living in the block so don’t impede your escape by putting things in the corridor.
      8. Garbage disposal must be done as per guidelines provided by the Association.
      9. Liquor bottles should not be disposed thru garbage chute and use disposal bin available near the drive way of ground floor.
