Step – 1: Initiate Move-In
- Visit Maintenance office located at D Block, First floor.
- The Maintenance team would guide you with the necessary process and provide the forms.
- Fill in the Move-In Form (forms are also available online in the Downloads section).
- In case of a Tenant Moving In, the owner should email (from registered email ID) to the Association and introduce the tenant.
- It is the responsibility of the owner to validate/verify the tenant and then confirm to the Maintenance team.
Step – 2: Pay Move-In charges
- Pay the move in charge of Rs 1500/- by cash to the Association on or before the Move-In date, receipt will be issued by the Association.
- This is applicable for those who bring their luggage thru any carrier / container / transportation vehicle.
- This charge is irrespective of the floor the resident stays.
Step – 3: Obtain Move-In NOC from Maintenance Team
- Submit the filled in forms along with copy of Ownership, Rental agreement & ID proof.
- Obtain the NOC for Move-In. Please handover a copy of the NOC to the Security at the entrance gate while entry.
- The NOC is valid for 7 days and Move-In process must be completed within it.
Step – 4: Obtain PAHAOWA ID Cards
- Receive ID card and Vehicle Stickers.
- Before the ID cards are handed over to the resident, the resident has to sign the Form (Move-In Undertaking) and accept to abide by the rules and regulations set by PAHAOWA.
- On completion of the Move-In process the resident must have
- Data of all members registered with PAHAOWA database.
- PAHAOWA ID card for using facilities like Gym & etc.
- PAHAOWA stickers on all vehicles.
- Awareness of the rules and regulations of the Society.
Step – 1: Initiate Move-Out
- Fill in the Move-Out form and inform maintenance office about the intended Move-Out. This can be done over email to Maintenance manager (maintenance@pahaowa.gmail.com).
- In case of a Tenant Moving out, the owner should be informed by the tenant over email.
- Intimation should be preferably provided at least one week and not less than 2 days before the Move-Out date.
- It is the responsibility of the owner to make sure that the tenant completes the Move-Out process compulsorily.
Step – 2: Pay Move-Out charges
- Pay the Move-Out charge of Rs 1500/- by cash/online transfer to the Association at least 7days prior to the move out date, receipt shall be issued by the Association.
- This charge is irrespective of the amount of luggage the resident is moving out with or the floor the resident currently stays.
Step – 3: Return PAHAOWA ID Cards and Vehicle Sticker to the maintenance team.
Step – 4: Obtain Move-Out NOC from the Association
- Please obtain the NOC for Move-Out (Single NOC) which includes clearances from the following.
- Association NOC (return ID cards and sticker)
- Finance NOC (All outstanding payments e.g. maintenance, charges, penalties etc.)
- The NOC can be used by the resident for 5 days in lieu of the ID cards and stickers.
- Flat Owners must ensure that the tenants have completed the move out process and has handed over the ID cards and Vehicle stickers.
- If this process is not followed the next tenant move in to the apartment will be delayed and the owner would need to take responsibility of the dues and charges pending for the flat.
