HEALTHY HEART HEALTHY FAMILY
Healthy Heart, Healthy Family Program is a community-based initiative that promotes cardiovascular wellness through education, screenings, and family participation. It empowers individuals to maintain healthy lifestyle by focusing on nutrition, exercise, and early detection of heart disease risk factors.
Rooted in PACCAL's mission of preventive care, the program bridges families and health professionals, turning awareness into action for a stronger, healthier community.

SENIOR CAREGIVERS' SOCIALS
Bringing a welcoming space for seniors caring for a loved one, a spouse, a partner, a friend to relax, connect, and recharge with others who understand the journey. Enjoy light food, refreshments, conversation, and resources.
Wellness in Motion is another opportunity for our Older Adults to stay active, engaged, and connected through meaningful in-person wellness experiences. Through movement, rhythm, exercise, and social interaction, we create a welcoming environment where seniors can focus on their physical well-being while enjoying the benefits of community and connection.
By bringing wellness services directly to the communities we serve, we make it easier and more convenient for Older Adults to participate, remain active, build relationships, and continue living healthy, engaged lives.
Because wellness is more than staying active—it’s staying connected and moving forward together.
This activity is currently limited within the Harborview Senior Center.
If interested to join, message your name to 718-414-4041 (Example: Wellness in Motion - John Adams)
Once we know how many participants are interested to do this outside of Harborview, we will review the need and open in a Senior Center.
