PACCAL'S FOCUS PROGRAMS FOR 2025 AND 2026: SUPPORTING SENIORS AND NEW IMMIGRANTS
This year, PACCAL (Pan American Concerned Citizens Action League, Inc.) is proud to focus its efforts on programs serving older adults and newly arriving immigrants. These initiatives aim to foster community connection, provide access to essential services, and ease the transition for immigrants settling in Hudson County.
These vital programs are partially funded by the HUDSON COUNTY HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES - OFFICE OF THE AGING,
with additional support from community donations and proceeds from fundraising gala events.

PACCAL's Healthy Heart, Healthy Family Program is a community-based initiative that promotes cardiovascular wellness through education, screenings, and family participation. It empowers individuals to maintain healthy lifestyle by focusing on nutrition, exercise, and early detection of heart disease risk factors.
Rooted in PACCAL's mission of preventive care, the program bridges families and health professionals, turning awareness into action for a stronger, healthier community.
