We cannot do the work alone. We need:
* PRESENTERS to help on providing practical health information that serves our Older Adults.
* ADMINISTRATIVE VOLUNTEERS to call our Older Adult Community, to assist us on data gathering, maintenance, entries, documenting, photographing, etc..
* VOLUNTEER SUPERVISORS to oversee tasks of our team members.
* TECH VOLUNTEERS to support for the work that we do.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A MEMBER, A SUPPORTER, A VOLUNTEER, AND A PARTICIPANT?
MEMBER.
A member is the changemaker in our community.
A member is an individual who has formally joined the organization through registration and dues in order to vote for varying needs that must undergo prioritization.
MEMBERS
are recognized as part of the organization
are invited to members' meetings
have priveleges and access to exclusive content and information
may serve on committees
may vote to approve, decline, or abstain in meetings
show long-term commitment to the mission
are encouraged to undergo the Member On-Boarding process to ensure each member is aligned to the process.
SUPPORTER.
A supporter is the foundation of our work.
A supporter is an individual committed with the financial help so the organization may deliver programs and run events.
They do not necessarily need to be members or volunteers.
SUPPORTERS
may assist with events, outreach, admin, or programs
may serve regularly or occasionally
are encouraged to undergo the Supporter On-Boarding process to ensure each member is aligned to the process.
are not involved in decision making
VOLUNTEER.
A volunteer is the heart of our work.
A volunteer is an individual who gives their time and skills to help deliver programs and run events.
They do not necessarily need to be members.
VOLUNTEERS
may assist with events, outreach, admin, or programs
may serve regularly or occasionally
are encouraged to undergo the Volunteer On-Boarding process to ensure each member is aligned to the process.
are not involved in decision making
PARTICIPANT.
Participation may be one-time or occasional.
A participant is an indivifual who takes part in a specific program, event, or activity.
PARTICIPANTS
May attend a workshop or health screening
Join a community class or support group
are encouraged to undergo the Participant On-Boarding process to ensure each member is aligned to the process.
are not involved in decision making
