WHAT IS PACCAL AND WHAT DO WE DO?
PACCAL is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in October of 1992
originally addressing the needs of Filipino immigrants and veterans
during the influx of Filipino families in Jersey City.
Over the years, PACCAL continued to evolve as an organization on a needs-base service. It's current mission are: Primarily, to address the
HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICE NEEDS of the local community
And secondarily, to foster positive community actitives
through ARTS and CULTURE.
