PACCAL is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization
founded in October of 1992 originally addressing the needs of Filipino immigrants
and veterans during the influx of Filipino families in Jersey City.

Aside from its expansion to serve communities in Queens, New York,

PACCAL's MISSION are now addressing both:
