PACCAL is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in October of 1992 initially addressing the needs of Filipino immigrants and veterans during the influx of Filipino families in Jersey City.
In the last 10 years, PACCAL's mission focuses on 2 areas:

Certificates of Completion will be provided to individuals who complete each quiz with 10 points.
Individuals may take this quiz as many times to reach 10 points.
PACCAL will mail these certifictes to individuals who leave their contact numbers and address.
