MEMBER. A member is someone who has formally joined the organization through registration and dues. Members are the  changemakers in our community.

MEMBERS

• Invited to members' meetings

• Have priveleges, access to exclusive content.

• May serve on committees, may vote in meetings, or represent the group

• May have voting rights (board members)

• Shows long-term commitment to the mission

VOLUNTEER. A volunteer is someone who gives their time and skills to help us deliver programs and run events. Volunteers are the heart of our work.

VOLUNTEERS

• Assists with events, outreach, admin, or programs

• May serve regularly or occasionally

• Training or orientation may be required

• Not involved in decision making

PARTICIPANT. A participant is someone who takes part in a specific program, event, or activity. Participation may be one-time or occasional.

• May attend a workshop or health screening

• Join a community class or support group
