PACCAL Assists with JCHA Applications: Empowering Access to Safe, Affordable Housing

Recognizing this challenge, PACCAL (Pan American Concerned Citizens Action League, Inc.) has stepped in to support community members through the complex Jersey City Housing Authority (JCHA) application process.

Through culturally competent, multilingual assistance, PACCAL helps individuals and families understand eligibility, gather required documents, and complete their applications accurately and on time. Our team offers one-on-one guidance with compassion and patience, ensuring that no one is left behind due to language barriers or digital divides.
