PACCAL’s Senior Caregivers Brunch: A Moment of Rest for Those Who Give the Most

At PACCAL, we recognize a quiet but growing reality in our community—seniors caring for other seniors. Whether it’s a spouse, a sibling, or a friend, these caregivers, often 60 years or older themselves, give tirelessly despite their own physical limitations.

That’s why we created the Senior Brunch—a warm, welcoming space designed specifically to honor and support senior caregivers aged 60 and up. It’s more than just a meal; it’s a chance to breathe, connect, and feel seen.

With delicious food, light activities, and conversations that nourish the spirit, the brunch provides much-needed respite for those whose days are often filled with quiet sacrifice. We celebrate their strength while reminding them: they deserve care, too.

Through this simple gathering, PACCAL continues its mission of compassion, community, and culturally sensitive support for our aging population—one plate, one smile, one shared story at a time.
