PACCAL’s Job Readiness Program: Empowering Our Community for the Workforce
The Pan American Concerned Citizens Action League, Inc. (PACCAL) proudly presents its Job Readiness Program, a community-centered initiative designed to equip individuals with the essential skills and knowledge needed to enter or re-enter the workforce confidently.
Through free training sessions in ESL (English as a Second Language), restaurant and hospitality work, and other job-related tracks, participants gain both language proficiency and hands-on preparation tailored to real-world employment. This program is a vital part of PACCAL’s mission to support economic empowerment and uplift the lives of immigrants, job seekers, and underrepresented community members in New Jersey and beyond.

MEMBER. A member is someone who has formally joined the organization through registration and dues. Members are the changemakers in our community.
