Patient Position: Prone

Most Likely Surgeon Position: Patient's left side.

Monitor Position: Patient's right side by their head.

C-arm Position: Right side of patient at the level of the SI Joints.

Expected Projections:  Contralateral Oblique - Oblique the C-arm in the opposite direction of the affected side. Left SI Joint (RPO); Right SI Joint (LPO).  

Noteworthy: Target Anatomy is the inferior aspect of the SI Joint.  Rotate enought to "open up the joint" (Anterior and Posterior Joints are superimposed).  Match the angle of the needle as shown in the images.
