Patient Position: Lateral on unaffected side.
Most Likely Surgeon Position: Inferior and or Anterior of the patient.
Monitor Position: Technologist side and inferior to C-arm.
C-arm Position: Posterior of Patient at the level of the heel, perpendicular to the tib fib.
Expected Projections: Lateral, Harris Axillary View and maybe Broden's View, Captain's View and Saltzman's View.
Noteworthy: For the Harris Axillary View you may not be able to center the heel and may want to turn off AutoContrast and use a manual technique.
Lateral View
Harris axial view - The operative limb is externally rotated at the hip so that the toes point upwards to the sky.

Harris axial view if Patient leg cannot be rotated.
