Most Likely Surgeon Position: Patient's left side.
Monitor Position: Patient's right side by the patient's knees.
C-arm Position: Patient's right side to the left of the Monitor.
Expected Projections: PA
Noteworthy: Be sure to turn on Mirror Vertical and Mirror Horizontal
Be sure to turn Acquire on so you will be able to save a cine (run) allowing the radiologist to view the contrast flowing and evaluate for filling defects.
If the patient's right arm is not abducted and/or if the abdomen is too close to the table pedestal it may be difficult or impossible for you to bring the c-arm into the correct position over the patient's abdomen.
