Patient Position: Prone

Most Likely Surgeon Position: Patient's right side inferior to "lateral" C-arm.

Monitor Position: Right side of the patient superior to the patient's head.

C-arm Positions: The "lateral" c-arm is toward the head of the bed and tilted forward to give the operator space to work. The "AP" c-arm is set up at an angle so as to not run into the other c-arm.

Expected Projections:  PA and lateral
