Most Likely Surgeon Position: On the patient's affected side

Monitor Position: Technologist side and towards patient's feet.

C-arm Position: On the patient's unaffected side

Expected Projections:   PA, & Axial

Noteworthy: Be sure to communicate with anesthesia so you can avoid all lines and tubes with the x-ray tube and make sure you do not hit the patient's face with the detector.
