Patient Position: Supine with both bilateral boots and traction.  Fractured leg in a 20° hip flex position and the unaffected leg is in a 30° hip extension position.

Most Likely Surgeon Position: Patient's affected side.

Monitor Position: At the patient's feet on the affected side.

C-arm Position: Patient's unaffected side, perpendicular to midline.

Expected Projections: PA and lateral
