Most Likely Surgeon Position: Behind the patient.

Monitor Position: Either to the right or left of the technologist.

C-arm Position: Rainbowed with the detector positioned as close as possible to the patient's left shoulder (minimize your OID).

Expected Projections:  Lateral

Noteworthy: Turn mirror horizontal and mirror vertical on.  Increase Edge Enhancement to make the spinous processes and needle more visible.
