6a) Jail and Punishment | Handling of Suspect - SUSPECT REQUESTING A SUPERVISOR
Aligned the policy with 9(j) - Supervisor Policy to explicitly state that suspects can be brought to PD
Renamed COMPOUNDING PUNISHMENTS to ENACTING PUNISHMENTS | ISSUING CITATIONS. Shortened the text, as the new systems do not easily allow for compounding to even happen without using law 3.10.
6b) Conduct - Merged CONDUCT ON PLPD.ONLINE into CONDUCT IN TEAMSPEAK & DISCORD
6e) Performance of Duties - WARRANT STRUCTURE:
Removed: "It is also important to specify if it’s a search warrant or if its an arrest warrant."
Added an additional example as to what a bare minimum arrest warrant is supposed to be structured like.

9 - General Policies has been restructured to allow a quick insight as to what policies are relevant to what officers
9(a) Handbook & Division Specific Policies - Added to Policy 1.3 so the new images aren't policy binding
9(g) - Equipment: Removed Taser policy's content. References to 1(!) UoF policy now.

9(i) - Observation reports
Merged information from 2022 OR guide into policy (previously linked as an external document)
Clearly defined the threshold for what is enough information to give an OR (2/4 skills assessable)
Added a non-exhaustive list of parameters where an OR may be deemed low quality
Added limitation as to how frequently ORs can be submitted by the same supervisor on the same officer
Added new policy paragraph (1.10) allowing training sessions to be performed instead of assessments of skill when doing ORs
NOTE: This policy may be subject to change and is currently being tested for viability
Added previously mentioned paragraph in 9(j) - 2(b) into 1.11 (Allowing supervisors to write ORs when seeing under/over performance)
9(j) - Supervisor Policy:
2(a) - Title changed: Incident Commanding -> Officer in Charge
Policy has been changed to reference the 4(f) Incidents policy directly.
2(c) - Patrolling with Lower Ranking Officers: added paragraph to follow the new 1.10 of the OR policy
6(b) - Demotions: New addendum for supervisors to refrain from demoting government employees for falling asleep on the job, unless neccessary.
Flipped the Changelogs from before, because why the heck were they upside down
