Consults are free for GD for perio related issues
Immediate denture $1100.00 Dr Nin does implants as well.

Patients seeing Urszula for dentures(existing patients, not np on a referral for dentures)...must be up to date on their 6 month checkups in order to start the denture process(unless they are getting full plates)...but anytime a patient needs an upper or lower partial we have to make sure they are up to date on check ups and fills etc...

1ST IMPRESSION(needs preauth) - 1 UNIT (cannot sched without approval unless pt if paying out of pocket)

NP Denture Consult(pt MUST have ref for dentures ONLY) - 2 UNITS
