Cigna total care HMO, ask patients if it says Medicare in the from we do not accept.... the easiest way to compare with Cigna DHMO plan, the member id starts with a U1111111

They will say insurance gave them our office number. Dr is credentialed but Office is not credentialed with Dentaquest or Cigna Medicare/cigna healthspring.
