1) Currently Not Accepting any new patient.
2) The patients are already under the treatment and needs Crown Insert or Denture Delivery, we will reach out to them to schedule next apt once we have any available days. Currently, she is on Vacation.
3) The patients who needs Root Canal, Comp Filling, Extraction or further treatment either they can find another dentist or can wait until we have more available doctors day/doctor in the office.

1) We are having issues with Medicaid Insurance so the preauths my take more than 6-8 weeks time to get is evaluated by Insurance. If patient calls back, we can inform that we need to submit some paperwork to get it resolver the issue. Once it gets resolved, we have all the list of the patient that which preauths needs to be resubmitted. Or else we can say it that it is still pending from insurance. Which ever is more easier.

1) Free if they have Insurance. Nothing is going to get charge to the pt. We are going to bill it to the insurance for the visit and the records we take.
2) If they don't have Insurance. $200 for Consult. The payment of Consult goes towards the Braces payment if they decides to Start the treatment with us.

THERE ARE SOME UPDATES AFTER JULY 1ST FOR IOWA OFFICES.
1) Now patients is not going to have Medicaid of Iowa. All the patient which were having Medicaid of Iowa, their insurance got changed to Dental Wellness and MCNA.
2) I know you guys are not scheduling any start appointments. But let's say if any patient calls and they want to schedule the start appoint for Braces, they need proof of Dental Check up/Cleaning by by their General Dentist. Our Orthodontist generated the letter which we can forward it to the patient or their general dentist. At office level from now on we give this letter on their Consultation Visit. Just in case if they lost it, you guys can forward it to the patient/office. (Currently, we are having issue with Medicaid so we are not starting any patient's Braces until the issue gets resolved.) (Even though, patient got approved by Insurance previously, we won't be able to start the Braces until further notice.)
3) Retainer Lost/Broken: After completing Orthodontic Treatment on the patient, we give them a set of retainer and give them the Instruction how to wear those. Furthermore, we tell them that, if they lose it or Break it its going to cost $250 for top and $250 for Bottom/$500 for a set of retainer. So that's what we need to tell them that the new set of retainer is not going to cover by the Insurance.
Also, please remember to fully/permanently register pts, DO NOT temporarily register them! If they cannot give information needed, then do not register them, ask them to call back with that information and can schedule then.
